Practise
2. Put the oil in the pan and heat! Add the tofu cubes and fry until golden brown on both sides

Advice
If there is no crushed tofu at home, you can use a large piece of tofu about 400 grams, add 6 grams of salt, 8 grams of baking salt, the appropriate amount of water, cut the tofu into small pieces, soak in water. put in the refrigerator soaked for 6 hours, removed to absorb water is “tofu pull”
