If you are a passionate thriller or you are looking for a top-notch horror game, Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery is exactly a game designed for you. Even on the topic of exploitation of the FNAF universe, one has already guessed its attractiveness somewhat. The game comes from the name Illumix Inc., which is listed in the Strategy category. What makes this horror game different from others is certainly its unique gameplay when using augmented reality. Special Delivery is the ninth edition of the Five Nights at Freddy’s series, which was just released in November 2019. The game is not recommended for children under 12 years old.
As the name has somewhat mentioned, when participating in the game, players will incarnate into a delivery guy on his way to do his job. However, all the trouble took place when he, unfortunately, delivered to an apartment obsessed with mysterious things that happened. In essence, what happened to Fazbear Entertainment?
Using augmented reality (AR) technology, players will need to use their cameras to play, which is also the point to increase accuracy and authenticity. To explore every nook and cranny of this game, players will move their device around the room. The physical images in the game, including effects, mysterious characters like Freddy Fazbear, will display over the image captured by the camera. The mysteries do not show directly and directly, but will only be discovered after you go through a few times. So, don’t be startled when they suddenly appear.
By participating in the game, on the display screen, the player will be equipped with two items: flashlight and electric shock weapons. Because the playing environment will be very dark, a flashlight is an indispensable item. In the meantime, the shocker will be your item to stun these crazy and spooky robots, giving you time to escape. However, as you can see, both of them use power, which means they have a power limit. From the beginning, the player will be provided with 100% battery. No matter whether you use a flashlight or a shocker, you need to use it sparingly or have a clear strategy to use it effectively within the battery limit. Once you feel the enemy, be ready for what might happen. Use the shocker as soon as you see them escape!
However, you will not be alone on this journey as there will be a voice to help and guide you (voiced by Andy Field). So, for the best experience, the game encourages you to use headphones or headphones. And I think playing this game on a tablet is better and more interesting than on a phone! The number of spooky villains in the game is up to 11. Among them, the most famous name is Freddy Fazbear. The next characters will be Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Plushtrap, and Springtrap. To explore the remaining five different names, download Five Nights at Freddy’s AR: Special Delivery to explore right away!
While the game is labeled free, there are in-app purchases if players want to buy or upgrade items.
