Tip 6: Preheat the electric baking pan in advance (the temperature of the upper pan is controlled at 160°C, and the temperature of the lower pan is controlled at 140°C), put the rolled dough flat in the electric baking pan, and brush a layer of salad oil on the surface.

Skill 7: Fry according to the set temperature, lift the lid of the pan after about 8 minutes, turn the pancake over, and take out the pancake after about 2-3 minutes.
