While eating breakfast in an alley in District 6 (HCMC), Mrs. T. was approached by a young man on a motorbike, snatching the necklace around her neck.
On July 4, Ms. H.T.T. (55 years old, residing in District 6) said she reported the chain to the police about the chain being snatched while sitting for breakfast in the restaurant in Alley 79 Tan Hoa Dong, Ward 14, District 6.
At about 9:35 a.m. on June 27, Mrs. T. was sitting for breakfast in the upper alley when a young man on a motorcycle approached her, snatched the necklace around her neck and then escaped.

According to security cameras, at the time of the incident, there were many people in the restaurant but the robber still dared to snatch the victim’s necklace.
Currently, the authorities are investigating, searching.
