Accordingly, on July 11, the Police Investigation Agency of Chi Linh City received a criminal complaint from H. (15 years old) and Mr. T. is the biological father of H., residing in Chi Linh City, Hai Duong province, accusing Nguyen Van Hong of repeatedly abusing H.’s body.
Immediately after receiving the complaint, the Chi Linh Police Department coordinated with the People’s Procuracy of Chi Linh City to urgently conduct the investigation and clarification.
During the investigation, Nguyen Van Hong confessed to repeatedly kissing, touching and touching the sensitive area of two students during class hours of Literature.
Based on the documents collected, on the same day, on July 11, the Chi Linh Police Department ordered the detention of people and decided to detain people in case of emergency for Hong for acts showing signs of “lewd acts against persons under 16 years old”, as stipulated in Article 146 of the Criminal Code 2015.
On July 12, the Chi Linh Police Department issued an arrest warrant for the detained person in case of emergency for Hong and was approved by the People’s Procuracy of Chi Linh City;
On July 15, the Police Department of Chi Linh City prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused and detained Nguyen Van Hong on charges of “Lewdness against persons under 16 years old”.
Currently, the case is being investigated, clarified and made by the police agency in accordance with the provisions of law.
